1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 2026 WC Bracket Predictor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The 2026 WC Bracket Predictor is a fan prediction platform for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Users can create accounts, predict group standings and knockout match outcomes, join competition groups, and view leaderboards. The Service is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes only.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Bracket Submissions
You may submit up to three (3) bracket predictions per account. Once a bracket is saved, it becomes visible to other users in leaderboards and competition groups. Brackets locked due to tournament commencement cannot be edited.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (c) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; (d) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (e) use automated means to create multiple accounts or manipulate scoring.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. FIFA World Cup trademarks and team names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or scoring disputes.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
